Qualifications

• Requires BS in Mechanical Engineering with non-metallic materials emphasis or related field.
• 5–10 years in Chemical Process or related industries with non-metallic materials experience.
• Experience design, fabrication, and project flow for non-metallic equipment.
• Comfortable working in a team, proactive and able to drive projects safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to Chemours global chemical businesses in non-metallic materials engineering.
• Support plant operations, capital projects, and R&D with technical expertise.
• Lead as Materials lead through project execution; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and inspection documentation.
• Engage with ASME/MTI and other standards bodies as appropriate.
• Travel ~35% to plant sites and fabrication shops.
