Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript. You will architect secure REST and GraphQL APIs supporting front-end and third-party integrations, and build event-driven services for scalability.

You’ll optimize PostgreSQL or MongoDB data models, deploy services on AWS Lambda or ECS, and ensure code quality with Jest or Vitest through thorough tests.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and shipping REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven services.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases.
• Experience deploying services on AWS Lambda or ECS.
• Advanced English proficiency.
