Friedman Williams seeks an NJ-admitted litigation associate with about 3–5 years of experience to join a growing defense practice. This is a genuinely fully remote position with no office reporting requirement, working closely with a senior trial attorney.

You will assume meaningful responsibility across sophisticated defense matters, from discovery and motions to depositions and trial. Highlights include a fully remote setup (NJ Bar required), a starting base salary of $120K-$140K+ commensurate

• NJ-admitted litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience handling defense matters across discovery, motions, depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery and motion practice for a defense matter portfolio.
• Take depositions and appear in court on behalf of the firm.
• Collaborate with senior trial attorney on trial strategy and deliverables.
