Job summary

Friedman Williams seeks an NJ-admitted litigation associate with about 3–5 years of experience to join a growing defense practice. This is a genuinely fully remote position with no office reporting requirement, working closely with a senior trial attorney.

You will assume meaningful responsibility across sophisticated defense matters, from discovery and motions to depositions and trial. Highlights include a fully remote setup (NJ Bar required), a starting base salary of $120K-$140K+ commensurate

Job description

We are seeking a NJ-admitted litigation associate with approximately 3-5 years of experience to join a growing defense practice.

This is a genuinely fully remote position with no expectation to report to an office. The associate will work closely with a highly experienced senior trial attorney and take on meaningful responsibility across sophisticated defense matters from discovery and motion practice through depositions, court appearances, and trial.

Highlights:

• Fully remote (NJ Bar required)
• $120K-140K+ starting base salary, commensurate with experience
• No billable-hour requirement. (Firmwide average is approximately 1,917 hours)
