Qualifications

• Active New Jersey bar and JD required.
• 2–9 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience.
• Current or recent title of Associate; law clerks and summer associates will not be considered.
• Deposition and court-appearance experience.

Responsibilities

• Defend general liability and premises matters in New Jersey state and federal court.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Handle hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Advise carriers on exposure and strategy.
• Take ownership of New Jersey files through resolution.
