Job summary

Rhysley is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage international sales from a remote home-based setup. You will handle inbound calls, drive lead generation, and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, resolving queries within defined timelines, following SOPs and compliance, and maintaining CRM records. This permanent night-shift role runs 9 PM to 6 AM with six working days.

Qualifications

• Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead generation to drive revenue growth.

• Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues within defined timelines.
• Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
