Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with carriers to meet customer requirements.
• Dispatch and monitor loads; ensure loads are entered and confirmed.
• Support after-hours calls and provide shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain SSOP processes and carrier performance.
