Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for After Hours to support a dedicated customer team. Work schedule: night shift, 10pm–6am, with remote work after training and a 30-mile radius requirement around Gainesville, GA.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage logistics, and use SSOP processes to ensure efficient service. Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of prior experience in dispatching or supply chain preferred.
• Experience in logistics (truckload and less than truckload) preferred.
• Petroleum experience preferred.
• Confident skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dispatches for after-hours operations.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor and optimize loads and transit times.
• Communicate with carriers and customers to confirm orders.
• Maintain SSOP standards and daily shift handoffs.
• Provide daily shift updates and wrap-up codes.
• Maintain after-hours call handling and action items.
• Ensure loads are dispatched and confirmed by carriers.
