Job summary

Crisis Connections is seeking a skilled clinician to serve as the 988 Crisis Services Clinician for the night shift. This fully remote role leads the overnight clinical team, oversees crisis contacts via phone, chat, and text, and ensures safety and continuity of care during high-risk hours.

Supervisory responsibilities emphasize autonomy and situational judgment. Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in relevant fields, valid WA licensure, and at least two years in crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active Washington State credential or license (LICSW/LSWAIC etc.).
• Minimum of two years of crisis intervention experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight and support to overnight staff during scheduled shifts.
• Conduct risk assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate linkage to mobile crisis teams and community resources.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff.
