Job summary

Predicine is seeking a highly skilled NGS Lab Project Manager to join the Lab Service Management team. This full-time remote role oversees NGS-based projects, coordinating with scientists, bioinformaticians, and QC to ensure timely delivery and high data quality.

Education includes a Bachelor’s in molecular biology or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred. At least 2 years of NGS project management experience is required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years managing NGS-related projects or lab operations.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of NGS-based projects with timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with scientists, bioinformaticians, and QC to ensure smooth NGS workflows.
• Communicate progress with daily/weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and resolve bottlenecks.
• Document and track projects in JIRA, Confluence, or PM tools.
