Predicine, Inc. is seeking an NGS Lab Project Manager to join the Lab Service Management team.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering NGS-based projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field (Master's/PhD preferred) and at least 2 years of NGS project management or lab operations experience, with proficiency in common PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry or related field.
• Master’s or PhD preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of NGS-based projects within budgets and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless NGS workflows.
• Communicate progress and timelines to stakeholders with regular updates.
• Manage project risks and resolve bottlenecks.
• Document and track projects using PM tools like Jira/Confluence.
