How to Manage a Small Law Firm (HTM) is seeking a high-performing sales professional to attract and enroll entrepreneurial law firm owners into our programs. This full-time remote role focuses on discovery calls, guiding prospects through decision-making, and building a disciplined pipeline.

You will own monthly new-member goals, travel occasionally for live events, and participate in a compensation plan designed to reward results. We hire A-Players who combine integrity with a growth mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or membership growth.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with entrepreneurs.
