Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is recruiting a New Client Acquisition Specialist to identify potential clients for our financial advisors. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a robust Salesforce-driven sales pipeline.

Base salary is $50,000 with a performance-based variable component that can bring total compensation to roughly $90,000–$110,000, plus full-time benefits. The position supports remote work across the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related.
• Experience in Financial Services with outbound sales experience; proven track record of producing consistent sales results and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the Advisor Opportunity Sales Pipeline.
• Screen prospective clients and set appointments for financial advisors.
• Create a high volume of outbound dials and email activity.
• Communicate Company Value Proposition and brand messaging.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage interactions and data.
• Input new client opportunities for advisors with proper reporting.
