Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a New Client Acquisition Specialist to drive growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients for our financial advisors. The role offers a base salary plus variable pay, with total earnings potentially reaching six figures depending on performance.

Candidates across the continental United States are welcome. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• Proven outbound sales experience with top performance.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the Advisor Opportunity Sales Pipeline.
• Produce sales results by developing and qualifying leads.
• Screen prospective clients and set appointments for financial advisors.
• Create a high volume of outbound dials and email activity.
• Communicate Company Value Proposition.
• Partner with Marketing to communicate company brand and messaging.
