Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a seasoned team. This is a fully remote position with a hybrid option, supporting Nevada-based claims from anywhere in the state.

You will manage a substantial caseload, establish reserves, and collaborate with clients to ensure compliant, efficient processing using robust claims systems. Nevada licensure and 3+ years of WC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Nevada workers' compensation/indemnity claims.
• Active Nevada Adjuster’s License is required.
• Must reside in the state of Nevada.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 110 Nevada workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigated files.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize robust technology systems to document and process claims effectively.
