The role involves managing a large Nevada caseload, establishing reserves, and ensuring regulatory compliance while using advanced claims software. A strong background in Nevada workers' compensation and a valid Nevada adjuster license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Nevada workers' compensation/indemnity claims.
• Active Nevada Adjuster’s License is required.
• Must reside in the state of Nevada.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 110 Nevada workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigated files.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize robust technology systems to document and process claims effectively.
