Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Compliance Supervisor for a fully remote role. You will supervise a team of Litigation Specialists, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to Nevada regulations (NRS 616A–616D, 617).

The position offers a salary of $110,000–$125,000 per year plus bonus opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Nevada workers' compensation/indemnity claims experience or JD with 2+ years of auditing/compliance in workers' comp.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada workers' compensation laws, regulations, and claims administration requirements.
• Experience conducting claims file audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into practical claims procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to three Litigation Specialists and coordinate compliance activities for Nevada regulations.
• Conduct claims file audits and QA reviews for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Monitor Nevada workers' compensation statutes (NRS 616A–616D, 617).
• Identify trends, investigate deficiencies, and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance, training, and support on regulatory changes and compliance standards.
• Coordinate responses to audits, inquiries, complaints, and document requests.
