Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business degree or relevant clinical credential is preferred.
• At least eight years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience, including field marketing, TLL, market development or similar.
• Recent experience in rare or ultra-rare disease, neurology, neuromuscular disease, genetics, or diagnostics preferred.
• Demonstrated pre-launch and launch experience within regulatory engagement boundaries.
• Ability to operate independently and compliantly in a field role without an established franchise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional plans aligned with national launch priorities and strategy.
• Map priority institutions, thought leaders, and referral relationships across the region.
• Coordinate with Medical Science Liaison and other partners on shared thought leaders and needs.
• Lead compliant, non-promotional disease-state education and post-approval branded programs when permitted.
