Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) in Neurology Rare Disease.

This senior, field-based role partners with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Account Management to drive disease education, referral pathways and market development while maintaining non-promotional activities before approval and compliant promotion after approval. The TLL leads regional plans, develops networks with experts, and translates insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical/scientific/public health/business credential preferred.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical field roles, including pre-launch and launch.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for senior clinicians and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy aligned with national priorities.
• Map thought leaders, institutions, and referral relationships across the region.
• Collaborate with MSLs and Marketing to execute education and engagement programs.
