Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business credential preferred.
• At least eight years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience in field marketing, TLL, market development or related roles.
• Recent experience in rare or ultra-rare disease, neurology or genetics is strongly preferred.
• Pre-launch and launch experience with independent operation in field roles.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for credible disease-state discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional plan aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Map priority institutions and thought leaders to define diagnosis, testing and referral pathways.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Account Manager to translate regional insights into action.
• Lead compliant regional thought-leader engagement and education programs.
