Job summary

NexLine Communications, a telecommunications company based in Forty Fort, PA, is seeking a Network Admin/VoIP Technician. The role combines training with our lead engineer, handling customer support calls, and hands-on installation at client sites within a regional radius.

You will troubleshoot issues, log tickets, and support deployment of systems. Occasional overnight travel may be required as part of covering customer locations and project needs.

Qualifications

• Computer networking knowledge required.
• IP addressing and routing knowledge.
• VoIP experience is a plus (not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership capability beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Train alongside our lead engineer to learn deployed systems and equipment.
• Answer support calls from existing customers.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and input tickets in the system.
• Install systems at customer sites within the usual 2-hour radius, with occasional overnight travel.
