Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Product Specialist to drive successful implementation, education, and ongoing support of clinical research products with partner practices. Based in Nashville, TN, with potential for remote work, you will combine strong technical and communication skills to deliver exceptional service and promote product adoption.

You will collaborate with vendor and internal teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance and security while staying abreast of industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical role within the healthcare/medical software industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product implementations including configuration and system integration.
• Serve as technical liaison between partner practices and internal teams to address issues.
• Conduct regular assessments/audits for products, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements relevant to our offerings.
• Perform additional duties to support the mission of improving cancer care.
