Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a Network Relations professional to support Network Development by ensuring provider data integrity and delivering exceptional customer service. The role blends strong interpersonal skills with market knowledge to coordinate provider onboarding and credentialing.

Remote position offering the opportunity to collaborate with teams nationwide; you will audit provider data, resolve disputes, and liaise with providers to uphold contracts and standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two or more years of equivalent work experience required.
• Customer service education/training within the insurance industry, managed care or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing providers using written and verbal communication.
• Verify provider signatures, contracts and documentation before processing.
• Review credentials of prospective providers for national credentialing standards.
• Provide orientation on managed care procedures and establish provider liaison(s).
• Coordinate provider roster updates and maintain the provider database.
