Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work experience in managed care OR 5 years in a managed care environment.
• 2 years healthcare administration experience with direct provider communication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships between Blue Cross and contracted providers.
• Act as escalation point for providers on operations, claims, and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of all business lines to ensure provider contract compliance.
• Provide training and education to contracted providers.
