Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Team Manager in Des Moines, IA, to lead enterprise network operations for a State Government environment. This leadership role encompasses managing Network Operations (NOC), incident response, team management, and large-scale Cisco infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with network operations, including incident management and vendor relations, as well as expertise in Cisco technologies. Strong team leadership and public sector experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Network Operations or NOC teams.
• Strong background in enterprise routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and ACI.
