Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of network engineering or operations experience.
• Experience as primary technical contact with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain FTTx network infrastructure and equipment.
• Act as primary technical contact for partner Statements of Work.
• Monitor partner networks and propose operational improvements.
• Coordinate project work and track progress.
• Lead after-hours support for critical issues.
