Job summary

Race Forward is seeking a GARE Network Impact Analyst (Part-Time) to support the GARE Online Community and related data platforms from a fully remote setting. You will work with Salesforce, Higher Logic, Tableau, and other tools to provide access, reporting, and data visualizations for a national network of racial equity practitioners.

The role involves day-to-day site administration, data stewardship, and collaboration with the Online Community Director and Race Forward staff to ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two to three years of administrative or project-management experience.
• Experience with databases, reporting, and data visualization.
• Experience with online communities or social impact networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day access to the GARE Online Community for users and member jurisdictions.
• Update and manage contact/user records in Salesforce and support data integrations.
• Provide specialized support to develop future data integrations.
• Ensure platform and data security is maintained and flag security/privacy issues.
• Respond to user inquiries related to the GARE Online Community and membership matters.
• Provide technical support to users and Race Forward staff via multiple channels.
