Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineers with project execution and onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for the customer's network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and change records.
• Coordinate with customers and Meridian managers on issues.
