Experience with network devices and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Engineers with project execution.
Provide day-to-day operational support for customer networks.
Perform basic to intermediate LAN/WAN troubleshooting and configuration.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues with switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and related services.
Maintain accurate network documentation and change records.
Escalate complex issues to senior resources when needed.
Participate in maintenance activities and coordinate changes.
