Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Monitoring Engineer to support the DMDC CyberPRIMES program. The role focuses on enterprise cybersecurity monitoring, tool health, coverage, and reporting to Government leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with service providers, validating configurations, and developing actionable metrics. The position requires an Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with locations in Mark Center, Alexandria, VA and Seaside, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity monitoring, operations, or tool environments.
• Experience evaluating tool configuration, connectivity, and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DHRA cybersecurity posture using government tools and capabilities.
• Validate tool deployment, operability, connectivity, and data quality.
• Identify gaps, outages, or reporting issues and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Develop metrics to show tool health and enterprise coverage.
• Document and track corrective actions and monitor progress.
