Goldbelt Incorporated seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role emphasizes security, compliance, and operational excellence for federal and commercial customers.

This position is remote with occasional travel; candidates in Juneau are preferred due to local network complexity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VPNs).
• Ability to learn and apply network configuration, monitoring, and support procedures.
• HPE Aruba ACP-S/ACP-CA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across environments and layers.
• Implement and maintain network security controls per DoD/NIST requirements.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers from multiple vendors.
• Support cloud and hybrid networking (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure compliant solutions.
• Provide on-call and Tier II/III support as needed.
