Job summary

Red River is seeking a Network Deployment Engineer to deliver front-line engineering services for our growing customer base across national projects. You will support installations at customer sites and assist our Professional Services Operations team while collaborating with the Managed Services group.

The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security, plus documentation and training responsibilities. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT delivery or support.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with network security fundamentals.
• Exposure to network automation concepts (API, scripting).

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, install, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deploy and troubleshoot security protocols across the network platform.
• Develop and refine network and security configuration documentation for customers.
• Maintain industry certifications as required.
• Provide end user training on solutions.
• Assist in developing, improving, and automating our delivery methodologies.
• Other business duties as assigned.
