UnitedHealth Group's UnitedHealthcare division seeks a seasoned professional to lead network management and provider contracting from a remote location in the U.S. The role focuses on negotiating value-based care contracts, managing financial models, and building geographically competitive networks.

You'll operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, collaborating with C-suite and senior leaders. Travel is modest (~10% within Washington) and telecommuting is supported per company policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a network management-related role within healthcare handling complex network providers with accountability for business results.
• 2+ years of experience with provider contracting, including VBPs, Accountable Care Organizations, or fee-for-service contracting including Medicare RBV knowledge.
• Must reside in Washington or Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate value-based care contracts in compliance with company templates and reimbursement standards.
• Manage target setting, performance reporting and associated financial models.
• Guide development of geographically competitive, broad access networks achieving unit cost objectives.
• Forecast and plan resource requirements and author deviations from standards.
