Job summary

Koniag Technology Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Network Administrator Tier 2 (NOC) to support government customers. This is a remote role with a Mountain time shift (1 PM–9 PM). Eligible to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities include monitoring networks, troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, documenting incidents, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with user access. Requires 2–3 years' experience and CCNA or Network+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years in network support/administration.
• Entry-level certs like CCNA or Network+ preferred for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in network assessments and document requirements.
• Verify configurations against standards and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues to Tier 3.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Maintain records of incidents, changes, and resolutions.
• Support user account administration and access control.
• Assist client device setups and connectivity issues.
