Job summary

Connor Group is seeking an experienced NetSuite Manager to lead NetSuite projects within our Digital Solutions practice. You will manage implementations, upgrades, and integrations for diverse clients, leveraging deep NetSuite knowledge to optimize financial processes and operations.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements while traveling up to 25% (including international trips).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or the equivalent
• NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience
• In depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, data migration conversion tools
• Very strong project management capabilities and experience
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead NetSuite-related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and other special projects
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline and quality, following established best practices
• Project manage NetSuite projects across all phases: scoping, planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management
• Demonstrate strong NetSuite knowledge to analyze business operations and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvement by coordinating with client and Connor Group teams
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members
• Participate in client business development activities including meetings, proposals, statements of work, and project estimates
