Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead discovery, configuration, data migration, and testing across diverse industries. You will collaborate with clients to design scalable NetSuite solutions and drive adoption through training and documentation.

The role is remote-first for US/Canada candidates, with travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years NetSuite experience, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user).
• Strong problem-solving and independent resourcefulness, including using AI tools where appropriate.
• Understanding of business process improvement and leading practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.
• End-to-end NetSuite implementation and configuration.
• Validate data and test system configurations against client requirements.
• Manage data migration, transformation, and integration for NetSuite adoption.
• Support testing and training programs to drive client adoption.
• Produce high-quality project deliverables and documentation.
• Maintain stakeholder communications, escalate issues, and manage RAID logs.
