Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems or SaaS administration.
• Minimum of 2 years leading a team or managing a platform.
• At least 3 years of experience with NetSuite (ERP).
• Experience in gathering requirements and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the corporate SaaS application.
• Lead and mentor business systems analysts.
• Partner with leadership to align investments with business priorities.
• Analyze business processes for improvements and automation.
• Direct administration and support of corporate SaaS systems.
