Job summary

Capax is seeking a Lead NetSuite Consultant to own and deliver complex NetSuite projects for software and services businesses. You’ll drive implementations from discovery to go-live, lead client workshops, and mentor a project team.

You will work closely with clients to understand finance and operations processes, translate them into NetSuite solutions, and guide design decisions to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• NetSuite consulting experience including ownership of end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with software and/or services businesses.
• Ability to lead client conversations and challenge requirements when needed.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite financial processes and how they support the wider business.
• Experience guiding other consultants and delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementations and optimisation projects from requirements gathering through to delivery.
• Translate client finance and operations requirements into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Lead workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and guide clients through design decisions.
• Mentor consultants while remaining hands-on with delivery.
• Ensure projects are well-scoped, well-resourced, and delivered to a high standard.
