Ampacity LLC is a remote-friendly company providing structural and electrical solutions within the clean energy transition. The NetSuite Administrator will manage access, roles, and change controls while driving roadmap initiatives and collaborating with external consultants.

Responsibilities include building SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript customizations, and leveraging AI tooling to speed admin and reporting tasks. This role offers 100% remote work with up to 10% travel for implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience with SuiteScript, workflows, and reporting.
• Proven track record leading ERP implementations and managing SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Experience managing multiple business systems like Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, or Concur.
