Job summary

Ampacity, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support finance and operations backbone from a 100% remote position in the United States. You will drive NetSuite initiatives, maintain controls, and manage related tools while coordinating with external consultants and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of NetSuite experience, strong process improvement skills, and a track record of ERP implementations and system integrations within a compliant

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience with advanced configuration and customization.
• Proven track record leading ERP implementations and system integrations.
• Experience ensuring SOX compliance and internal controls in ERP environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and train users.
• Experience coordinating with external consultants and multiple business systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a NetSuite administrator, manage user access, roles, provisioning, and SOX change controls.
• Lead NetSuite roadmap initiatives, including new modules, integrations, and projects with external consultants.
• Design approval workflows within Ampacity's control framework and support ERP controls.
• Gather requirements, document solutions, test features, and train users as needed.
• Administer ancillary systems (Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, Concur) and ensure seamless NetSuite integration.
• Develop and test custom NetSuite dashboards, create reports, and perform mass data updates.
• Build SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript customizations; leverage AI tooling to accelerate work.
• Occasional travel up to 10% to support implementations and stakeholder engagement.
