• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, including large codebases and migrations.
• Strong SQL Server skills: design, query tuning and performance.

• API design with versioning, authentication, reliability and testing.

Responsibilities

• Ship modernization work at a pace that surprises people.
• Use AI coding tools daily (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to migrate, refactor, and test with guardrails.
• Build reusable AI-driven playbooks: templates, migration checklists, and review heuristics.
