Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer for a remote-US role to modernize a .NET + SQL Server stack and build scalable, API-driven services. You will own end-to-end delivery from Angular frontends to .NET microservices, partnering with product, UX, DevOps, and QA to ship customer-delighting features at scale.

You will leverage AI agents like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to drive migrations, refactors, and test coverage while maintaining judgment and quality in a fast-paced healthcare tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.
• Strong C# and modern .NET experience in large codebases and migrations.
• Strong SQL Server skills with performance tuning and design.
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS, Azure preferred.
• API design experience with versioning, auth, retries and testing.
• Experience using AI coding tools daily for multi-file refactors and migrations.
