Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a front-end focus to design and build modern web experiences in React, while shaping the .NET APIs that power them. You’ll work across the stack, collaborating with product, UX, and DevOps to deliver scalable features in a healthcare context.

You’ll drive frontend modernization, accessibility, performance, and design-system initiatives, using AI tools to accelerate refactors and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software with real users.
• Deep front-end experience with React/Next.js or Angular; able to lead in React.
• Strong fundamentals: TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility, testing, and build tooling.
• Solid experience with C# and modern .NET (Core+).
• Comfortable with SQL; design schemas and optimize queries.
• API design with versioning, auth, reliability and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end modernization of the product with modular, accessible React apps.
• Deliver full-stack features on a .NET + PostgreSQL stack.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and DevOps to ship customer-delighting features at scale.
• Use AI agents to power migrations, test scaffolding, and documentation while guarding against hallucinations.
• Build reusable playbooks and define clear definitions of done for AI-assisted changes.
