Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of object‑oriented programming and software development concepts.
• Coursework or hands‑on experience with C#, .NET, or a comparable language.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and cybersecurity requirements.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software design and requirements sessions with the Applications team and stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Design, develop, and enhance .NET‑based web applications per defined requirements and standards.
• Participate in peer code reviews to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and execute application test plans with the team and users to validate functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and project artifacts for deployment and knowledge transfer.
