Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a .NET Developer for a remote contract opportunity. You will migrate and develop cloud-based Microsoft Azure or on-premise solutions, building mobile-optimized web apps with a focus on usability and a consistent user experience across devices and OS.

The role requires strong C#, Angular 8+, Azure DevOps experience, and SQL Server/Oracle proficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deployments, and participate in production support with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in CS/IT.
• Proficient with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and REST/OData interfaces.
• 2+ years in Angular 8+ and 2+ years using Azure DevOps for code, builds, and tasks.
• Experience with SQL Server 2016+/Azure SQL DB and Oracle.
• Knowledge of MVC 5.0+ and Entity Framework 6+ with Code-First migrations.
• Experience with OData web services across .NET apps.

Responsibilities

• Migrate or develop applications to Microsoft Azure as PaaS or on-premise/private cloud.
• Develop mobile-optimized web apps with a consistent UX across devices.
• Manage source control, builds, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Drive standards and governance for a stable, secure Microsoft dev platform.
• Collaborate with teams and business owners; support production environments.
• Be flexible with hours to support Microsoft application portfolio.
