Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an nCino Developer (Remote) to design, develop, and test Salesforce-based features, including nCino triggers and UI enhancements, and to manage data validation via SQL/SOQL across DEV, TEST, CERT, and PROD environments.

The role involves building Java 17/21 microservices with REST APIs, debugging defects, and ensuring data accuracy between systems. Collaboration with analysts and teams is essential for smooth loan origination processes and stable releases.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and testing Salesforce (nCino) features across triggers, handlers, validation rules and UI enhancements.
• Strong SQL/SOQL skills to query, validate, and update data across DEV/TEST/CERT/PROD environments.
• Proficiency in Java-based microservices and REST APIs supporting data translation, synchronization and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop & test Salesforce (nCino) features including UI enhancements.
• Work with SQL and SOQL to query, validate and update data across environments.
• Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with analysts to analyze, fix defects, improve UX and streamline loan origination and approvals.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and production monitoring to ensure stable releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java and nCino applications, ensuring data accuracy.
• Document technical solutions, dependencies and release validation steps with cross-functional teams.
