Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support nCino on Salesforce.
• Configure Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, and Portfolio Management.
• Perform Salesforce customization: objects, fields, layouts, rules, flows, and security.
• Develop with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Integrate using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Handle data mapping, migration, and quality activities.
• Create reports/dashboards and UI enhancements.
• Prepare design docs, config workbooks, and release docs.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.

We are seeking a strong Lead SFDC & nCino Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and solid expertise in nCino.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting secure and scalable Salesforce/nCino solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
• Perform Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security.
• Develop using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and UI enhancements.
• Prepare technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce/nCino best practices and security standards.
