Job summary

CA-One Tech Cloud Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced nCino Salesforce developer/Tech Lead for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office.

Qualifications

2 to 15+ years Salesforce experience with configuration, customization, and integrations.
Hands-on with nCino platform and lending solutions.
Experience in Banking/Commercial Lending environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and support nCino on Salesforce.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate to scalable solutions.
Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce where applicable.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity.
Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Development & Customization, Lightning Components, and Integrations, along with a strong understanding of Financial Services and Commercial Lending processes. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
