Ivoclar NA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for North Carolina with remote work options. The role focuses on developing new business, managing dealer relationships, and expanding Ivoclar Clinical product lines.

You will present solutions, close sales, and foster long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth across dentists, schools, and government facilities. A degree and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 18 months of related sales experience.
• Previous sales experience desired.
• Technical and professional knowledge of dental sales and marketing desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a credit card is required.

Responsabilités

• Call on all company authorized dealers in an assigned territory and develop partnerships.
• Direct and develop distributors and dealers to sell Ivoclar Clinical product line.
• Introduce new products/promotions and gain market share with these programs.
• Develop influential dentists as referrals and customers in the territory.
• Communicate to management about VIP dentists.
• Participate in local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminars.
• Sell Clinical product line to dental schools in the territory and build relationships with directors.
• Participate in local dental study clubs and present products to undergrad and postgrad students (minimum 4 presentations annually).
• Be familiar with government dental facilities and introduce Ivoclar products to their personnel.
• Maintain an effective sales plan with programs and competitive analysis.
