Candidates should hold a JD, be admitted to the North Carolina Bar, and have 1–3 years of relevant experience in collections, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights, with residency in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active North Carolina Bar membership is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal collections, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights preferred.
• Must reside in Charlotte or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end litigation files from conditions precedent to trials.
• Represent the firm at hearings across North Carolina.
• Draft and oversee discovery; supervise pleadings and motions.
• Develop strategies to bring cases to timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate case statuses and client communications.
